Meet Michelle Khan: Mishkan Baby Bags Designer

 

Michelle Khan was inspired by motherhood to start a new line of baby bags in 2009. As a new mother, she wanted to have it all: do everything possible to be the best parent she can be each day, balance her professional and family life, all while maintaining that unique sense of style she was known for amongst her family and friends, long before her baby girl was born.

The designs she creates are inspired by life as a busy mom, taking into consideration all of the many personality types that exist amongst mothers everywhere. Most people want their unique sense of style to be reflected by what they wear. Michelle Khan's goal is for mothers to be able to do just that, with their Mishkan Baby bag, without having to sacrifice comfort and practicality, crucial qualities that every baby bag should possess. She personally travels in search of the best materials and hand picks everything that is used to make the bags, selecting the trendiest colors and textures for each season.
